DOMPERGO is especially indicated for the prophylaxis and treatment of intoxication by indole-derived alkaloids (or ergo alkaloids). These indole alkaloid substances produce a number of clinical signs in different species. In the mare it affects the reproductive sphere in its different stages.
The signs in the foal (mainly the osteoarticular ones) once established cannot be reversed, therefore, DOMPERGO is indicated mainly as a prophylactic or therapeutic measure of the mare exposed to this mycotoxin.
